Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vishan Technologies collects when you use our website and our CRM and business management systems, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who we are

Vishan Technologies (“Vishan”, “we”, “us”) provides a CRM platform and related management systems for sales, service, human resources, and other business operations. Our registered office is at Pachokhara – Bachhagoan Road, Raj Nagar, Tundla, Uttar Pradesh 283204, India.

When you use the CRM as a customer of one of our clients, that client is the controller of the data in their workspace and Vishan processes it on their behalf. When you interact with our own website or request a demo, Vishan is the controller.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details — name, username, email address, phone number, and role when an account is created for you.
  • Business records — leads, contacts, organisations, quotes, invoices, tickets, documents, and other records you enter into the CRM.
  • Enquiries — the details you submit when you request a demo, contact sales, or email support.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
  • Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and, where enabled, a trusted-device cookie so you are not asked to verify a familiar browser every time.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the CRM and to authenticate sign-ins.
  • To respond to demo requests, sales enquiries, and support requests.
  • To send service-related messages such as password resets and login verification codes.
  • To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie for signed-in access and an optional trusted-device cookie for login verification. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but signed-in features will not work without the session cookie.

Visit statistics on this website

To learn how many people visit our website and which pages help them, we count visits ourselves, on our own servers, with no advertising or third-party analytics service. We set two first-party cookies: a random visitor identifier (kept for about 13 months) and a visit identifier (about 30 minutes). We record the pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, which buttons or links you click, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and your country when our network provides it. We also record roughly where on a page you click (a coarse square on the page, never what you clicked on or typed), how quickly the page appeared, which field of one of our forms you reached before leaving it (the field’s name only, never what you typed), the words you type into our blog or help-centre search (not kept if they look like an email address, a link or a long number), and a score that helps us tell real visitors from automated programs and spam. Visits that look automated are kept but left out of our reports. If we connect Google Search Console, Google gives us summary figures about how our website appears in Google search; those figures are not about you personally. Our visit statistics do not store your IP address or your full browser signature. Like any website, our servers may keep ordinary technical logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

This information is anonymous until you choose to give us your name, email address or phone number — for example by requesting a demo, subscribing, or asking for a call back. When you do, we link those details to the pages you viewed so that we can answer you with the right information, and we may add both to our customer records. You can ask us to erase your details at any time at support@vishantech.com; your past visits then remain only as anonymous statistics.

We honour the “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” browser signals. You can also switch counting off for this browser:

5. Sharing and third parties

We share information only as needed to run the service: with infrastructure and email providers acting on our instructions, when you connect an optional integration (such as Google for email), or when required by law. Any provider we use is bound to protect the information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account or your provider’s workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and security needs. Records deleted in the CRM are held in the recycle bin until they are permanently removed.

7. Security

We protect access with per-workspace isolation, hashed passwords, optional email one-time-passcode verification for new devices, and transport encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal limits. If your data lives in a client’s CRM workspace, we will refer your request to that client as the controller. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you.
